This was definitely my favorite Dawn of the Clans book yet! The book starts with the cats breaking off into groups: Tall Shadow takes a group to the pine forest, Clear Sky has a group in the forest, River Ripple still has his group, and Wind Runner still has hers. Gray Wing seems torn between Tall Shadow's camp and Wind Runner's, and Thunder is eager to create his own group after feeling stifled living under Clear Sky's leadership.

Rain comes to visit the forest cats, which is a pleasant and unexpected surprise. She comes to see her sons before she passes away, and she instills new wisdom that I think they all needed. In addition, Star Flower returns, and she has her eyes on a cat, and her choice may surprise you. This is a book that cannot be missed for Warriors fans. The whole Dawn of the Clans series has been amazing, and I think it needs more attention.

I didn't actually know that Tui T. Sutherland of Wings of Fire, was in the Erin Hunter series. I read all the Wings of Fire, even the latest book, "The Lost Continent". I like Cricket.

I'm sooo excited to start the book! I think Rivef Ripple is the starting of RiverClan, Thunder of ThunderClan, Tall Shadow of ShadowClan, Clear Sky of SkyClan, and Wind Runner of WindClan! Pity it is almost the end...
