Mix the pecan meal with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.4. Pour the pecan mixture onto a large plate.5. Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture and then coat each side of the fish with the pecan meal.6. Carefully place each piece of fish into a large baking dish.7.
